Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley utilizes biometric data (face and fingerprints) solely for the purpose of authenticating the current user, ensuring a quicker login/sign-up process. Providing biometric data is entirely optional and choosing not to provide this data will not impact any features of the application. Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley does not store biometric data; only authentication data is obtained from the underlying application layer. It is essential to understand that biometric data is neither transmitted over the network to our servers nor shared with any third-party service.

Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley allows users to delete their data from the system.

To delete data, please follow the below steps:

a. Open the online booking page at dynamicdetailingorovalley.fieldd.co
b. Login, and click on your name/profile picture in the side menu
c. Scroll to bottom of your profile page
d. Click delete

Your profile including all future jobs will be cancelled and deleted. Personal data including name, email and phone number will be retained by the system only if the user has previously booked a job with Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley. In all other cases, all the data regarding the user will be deleted.

We will process your personal information lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. We collect and process information about you only where we have legal bases for doing so.

These legal bases depend on the services you use and how you use them, meaning we collect and use your information only where:

a. it's necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract (for example, when we provide a service you request from us);

Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley sends two types of SMS messages to its users:

a. Transactional SMS Messages

Transactional, service-related SMS messages are sent to update and communicate with you about products and services you have ordered and/or subscribed to.  These messages include alerts such as “The company is en-route to your location”,  upcoming service reminders, and replies to direct messages regarding jobs booked on Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley. Since these are important updates, initiated by you, these cannot be unsubscribed or opted out from.

b. Marketing SMS Messages

Marketing SMS messages are sent containing info on services that may or may not be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out at any time.

a. We may disclose personal information to:

i. third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors and payment systems operators;

This is for the purpose of syncing your Google Calendar with Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley, and Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley into your google calendar. This is achieved via: console.developers.google.com
